I’ve been going to Jen at Alberta Modern for over 10 years, and honestly, I didn’t fully realize how amazing I had it until I moved away two months ago.
For a decade, I never once had to think about my hair. I would walk in, sit down, and Jen just knew exactly what to do. The cut, the color, the styling, it was always flawless and somehow even better than I imagined. She understands hair on a level that makes you completely trust the process.

Had a haircut here and scheduled another. Cut was good. Did as I asked and interpreted the photos I brought as inspiration. My appointment was on time and was pleasant. Salon is clean, modern, and well stocked. I really enjoyed the experience.Services: Shampoo & conditioning
One of the best hair salons in Pittsburgh. The owner, Larry, gives time and attention to create a beautiful creative cut.His staff is friendly, on trend, and talented. Plus, the salon itself has a unique Bauhaus decor. Highly recommended.
