“My 13-year old son has always seen a hairdresser. With the style he wanted, she said it was time for him to see a barber. Roberto's came highly recommended. I called and I was given an appointment for that evening. While making the appointment, Joe communicated that appointments were running behind, which I found to be very considerate. When we arrived, the shop had a great atmosphere and Joe was incredibly interactive with everyone. On this particular evening, the age range in clientele went from under 10 to over 50. Some were repeat clients and others were newcomers, like us. It didn't matter how old the person sitting in the chair was, Joe easily connected with them. He went out of his way to ensure everyone was comfortable - from the room temperature to making sure his customers were completely satisfied with their cut. Not only was Joe super personable and customer oriented, he was so gracious and appreciative for every single person that showed up to get their hair cut by him. In my opinion, cutting/styling hair is like artwork, and Joe has great vision for not only the cut, but he considers how it will look when it grows back in. We will be back. My son enjoyed his 1st barber shop experience. Thank you, Joe!“
