I had the best experience with Ian. After suffering an injury he made working out relaxing and challenging at the same time . I appreciate Ian’s patience and detailed instructions when trying something new .. I will be back
I have been attending classes at Solidcore for the past couple of years and have to say it’s hands down the best workout in Philadelphia! Recently I’ve taken Coach Ian W’s class and it was amazing, still feeling the shakes. Would definitely recommend him for your first class! He made sure everyone understood the solidcore method and felt set up for success prior to class!
It was l my first time taking a class with solid core and It was such a great workout . and felt accomplished after. I took a full body class with Christian . He was really nice and motivating . I will definitely recommend this class. It made me realize that I need to pay attention to my core more and I will definitely return again.
