My husband and I have been using Tops for years! Always great service and the owners are very friendly. We initially went because we lived across the street, but now we've moved neighborhoods and I still come here for my dry cleaning. Highly recommend!
Convenient neighbourhood spot run by a kind couple who provided great service! Brought my sweatpants in for a quick fix and it only took a day, the results were flawless. Would visit again for other tailoring needs.

Without a doubt the BEST dry cleaner in all of Philadelphia. Not just for their work but they are truly the most genuine and honest people I have ever met.
I left my AirPods in a jacket pocket that I brought to them. It drove me nuts thinking I lost them, when I went to get my clothes they had the AirPods bagged up and put aside for me.
I cannot thank you guys enough! I will never use another dry cleaner as long as I’m in Philadelphia!
