I love my nails. I usually get the chrome and I absolutely love it. I get so many compliments. It's a great such atmosphere. It's a beautiful and comforting environment. The staff is very friendly.
I had such a wonderful experience at Tips To Toes Spa on Wayne Ave. Before I get to the Mani-Pedi, I feel I should mention that I am most definitely not a morning person. Even so, Cassandra greeted me with such warmth that I had to check my contacts to see if she is a long lost cousin. Her introduction was so fabulous, I forgot how much I hate early appointments. I absolutely loved my experience at this nail salon. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and refreshing. I really appreciated that it’s Black-owned! It meant a lot to me and added an extra layer of pride to an already great experience. The conversation flowed so naturally, which made the appointment feel relaxing and enjoyable, not rushed or transactional.
Cassandra was amazing, she truly took her time and paid attention to every detail, making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it.
