We have been bringing our furry friend to The Pet Mechanic for three years now, and I have always left satisfied that he's receiving the best care possible. The technicians are thorough and show obvious care for the animals that they see. The veterinarians are always very patient, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all of our questions. It's super easy to schedule an appointment, and there are always plenty available across a range of times to suit our schedule. It's also very reasonably priced there as well!
Tanya and Dr Coates were very kind and reassuring about my kitty's care. She needed a tooth extraction, I was so anxious about bringing her in, they calmed me down and were very helpful about figuring out payment. (It's still going to cost a lot, but I love my baby so I'll figure it out). Also, Missy booked my appointment; I had been calling and texting other vet practices and hospitals, she showed a lot of empathy and followed up when a spot opened. All around great experience with very nice people, thank you! I was very anxious and they were calming.
my regular vet said my 12 year old cat probably needed dental work and told me find a cat dental specialist. I chose pet mechanic and also chose DR. Richard. as it turned out- my cat was in VERY GOOD hands! Dr. Richard removed 8 teeth from my old cat with no complications. he was kind, thoughtful and imformed me of everything that would take place before and during the surgery.
