Dr Adams knocks it out of the park! What an amazing doctor she is. I brought my hedgehog in and she was very caring and thorough. She was able to get my girl out her little ball when other vets have not been successful. I was happy that i did not have to have her sedated.

Everyone at 2nd Street Animal Hospital is always friendly and professional. I have been taking my dog here for years after having some bad experiences at other vet offices in Philly. I wouldn't take him anywhere else. They also take Care Credit Card; which allows you to pay for your vet bills up front on the card and pay back with no interest for 6 months. I definitely recommend! They know what they're doing.

I use their services for my bunny, he has been there for emergent and routine visits. They are kind to your pet, it’s a clean environment, and they are wonderful veterinary staff. And Dr Adams is a boss! Xoxo

We are a full service AAHA accredited veterinary hospital offering a wide range of medical and surgical services for dogs, cats and exotic pets. We have over 25 years experience in exotic pet medicine and surgery. Besides offering wellness care, we are well equipped to diagnose and treat the majority of conditions affected all the species we see. We also provide urgent care. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service and a culture of treating pets, clients and staff as one family.
