My 11-year old axolotl was having gastrointestinal issues and Dr. Meade was absolutely amazing to work with in getting them resolved. Very sweet and detailed in care instructions and answers to any questions. Additionally the post appointment check in’s to monitor progress before a follow up were greatly appreciated and allowed for help with any questions that arose during the treatment process.
I would highly recommend 2nd Street to any pet parents. From the very beginning just setting up appointment to end of visit it was a place where not only are they very compassionate very helpful and understanding. Full disclosure about everything. And if it can't be done there suggests reasonable places.The receptionist, the Technician and Vet were all super nice. And their prices are reasonable as well
