First off, all the physicians I've seen here have been great. I want to be very sincere that I believe something big needs to change in how things are managed here. Right now in 2024 the service is going through a change in platform, and the management of the situation is very poor. I have a hard time believing that many of these problems or issues could not have been anticipated. On top of this: there is no channel to provide feedback or even send an email to anyone in leadership/who manages the health center. Only ever had great experiences here. Everyone was kind, courteous, and patient with me. Top notch care and advice from my RN, John. Took his time to speak with me about any and all concerns, walked with me when handing me off to testing or referrals, and even followed up with links for more information on some of my questions. Highly recommend!

It was a fine experience. Check in was quick and no-contact, staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I would highly recommend if you are a student or staff member. I would just check to see if they take your insurance first before arriving.
