Additionally, my Oura ring health tracker has shown significant improvements on my heart rate variability, a vital metric that is measured over a 2 week period of time and compared to your 3 month average and is used to determine how well your heart can adapt to strain/balance. The higher the number the better, and I have had HRV measurements higher than ever before.

Lastly, I don’t think I could say how amazing my body’s response to acupuncture has been and not attribute significant credit to Chris himself. Not only does he conduct strictly one on one sessions with every client, but he takes the TIME to listen to absolutely EVERYTHING you have to say on your life, health, things affecting you, truly no detail is too small and he cares and considers it all. His laid back demeanor is instantly calming, and he is flexible and understanding making the experience stress reducing in every way possible. HE is worth the investment. Rittenhouse acupuncture is the only right choice!“

“I tried a couple yoga studios in Northern Liberties and ultimately landed on Tula because it had such a warm, welcoming feel and a variety of classes. I have been attending regularly (3-4 x a week) for the past couple months and cannot recommend it enough. If you go there, make sure you check out Teagan's classes which will make you feel incredible after and Judy's yoga sculpt which will have you SWEATING.

Another cute plus is their adorable swag (I think it's half my wardrobe at this point).
