He gave me a responsibly priced quote and explained to me in detail, which I appreciate, exactly what to expect and what the plan was for this job. I liked what I heard and hired Niva Group for the job. This was a complete shingled roof replacement with significant plywood repairs and metal gutter guards installation.
Well, I was very impressed with how quickly things progressed. I believe that a well organized crew of 6 guys came at 8am and they were completely done with the roof, cleaned up around the house, and drove off by 4:30pm. I was at work that day and was in communication with Nikolai throughout the job progress with pictures and video updates of the whole process. I could not have expected anything more. The guy did a great job and I would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to others!“

“My rating of this company use to be 5 stars before change of ownership. Definately not the same company. I just had the receptionist tell me not so nicely to call back tomorrow to speak with Andrew and hung up. She seemed irritated when she answered the phone. Customer service is huge to me. I do not expect to be treated like that by a company I am patronizing. I also referred to many of my neighbors who hired them.

An update: my issue was finally resolved by Mike. He is definately an asset to the company. Moving forward I hope the company will adopt the same customer service as the previous owner.“

“I had maintenance done on my roof and requested a new downspout bcz the one I had was dented in one place. Instead the guys come out and painted the existing one and got paint on my newly stained deck. It took a bit of doing, but the issue has been resolved. Moving forward I hope the company will show their customers they are valued and do what is right“

“I'm fairly stingy with my ratings so take this Good rating as sign of a quality roofing company who stands by their work. Even a Good roofing company is hard to find in Philadelphia. I have found Marcy the owner is to be straightforward and honest, and though she can be a bit brusque at times, as she is in the Philadelphia roofing business I can understand. Their pricing is reasonable for quality of work. No roofer is cheap and if you apparently find one, don't trust them.
We have a complicated roofscape (skylights, large AC unit mounts and penetrations, and major crickets required to clear drainage obstructions) and some leaking problems that predate our ownership.
Castelli, and particularly their foreman Jimmy, have been generous in attending to drainage problems that may or may not have been a result of their work.
I appreciate their work and the efforts made to help us negotiate our finicky roof.“
