I highly recommend a visit to Dan Vidal if you are experiencing pain. I had chronic pain in my shoulder and sometimes down my arm. After one visit I felt much better. After an evaluation, Dan pinpoints the pain and applies pressure until the muscle relaxes. In my experience the general area then becomes more relaxed with less pain. He can do this anywhere on the body, and gives follow-up exercises to help restore normal function. I am very glad I found him.

Last Friday was my first session with Dan Vidal, Neurosomatic therapist. I have read a lot about this approach to treat even chronic pain so I came all way down from New York to get treatment to my knees/legs pain…I know there is my part of work should be done as well in order to get stable results…so I’m doing my home exercise assignment from Dan and looking forward to the next session on upcoming Friday.FYI…office is easy to find and it has very convenient location across the street from Chestnut Hill train station…

It's taken me too long to write this, but it's hard to put into words how grateful I am for Dan and the investment he's made in my healing. I was in severe chronic neck pain for two years that inhibited every aspect of my life and was severely strenuous in so many ways. I saw doctors, easily over 10 physical therapists, even more massage therapists, it was discouraging to say the least. Dan's approach started working immediately. I still have a way to go but can now do everything in my life again (parent, work, sleep, drive... list goes on!)HIGHLY RECOMMEND :)
