Ellie is the sweetest and gave me a wonderful therapeutic massage. I deal with a lot of stress and anxiety and mental health woes, and the day I booked was a good day to come in because I was very anxious and upset that morning. This was my first real massage ever and Ellie made me feel very comfortable from minute one. Nice ambient music and the softest massage table and blankets in the world. Had a lovely conversation afterwards with her about her business and got helpful feedback on the tension I hold. I went for 4 or 5 prenatal massages with Ellie and cannot recommend her more highly! She is a great massage therapist and did such a great job of helping relieve my sore/tense areas and generally calming and relaxing my body as it got larger and more uncomfortable. Logistically (since I was curious about this before my first massage), I would start on my back with the top of the table inclined a bit and then would spend time on each side with lots of pillow support. Ellie is so warm, kind and incredibly talented. I have a fairly complex chronic pain disorder and on the first visit, Ellie helped address a specific issue successfully. And no flare or heightened pain level was induced, which is amazing. I look forward to returning!
