Highly recommended. Called him on a Thurs, he went to tenant's to spray on Friday. I personally did not meet him but I asked tenant in advance to tell me what he thinks / if he was thorough and tenant texted me: "He was good!", so I assuming he felt he was thorough. Additionally, quoted a higher price than he actually charged because there was no infestation, it was maintenance visit, however he didn't need to do that, and shows his good character!
We used Mike the Bug Man to deal with a bed bug problem in our building. He explained the situation and gave us some options, then treated the apartment and followed up twice to make sure they were gone. I don't know how his manners were with our tenants, but he was OK with me on the phone. Reasonable price, timely response, problem fixed. I'll be calling him again.
