Came here for the first time and just showed a picture - they picked out the polishes/color matched for me and were super accommodating with the design I wanted. I literally just had to sit there and they came out completely perfect. 100% new regular location.
Not the best at managing appointments and walk-ins. One shouldn’t have to wait 30 min after appointment time. Just reduced the star value as quality is slipping. Booked a spa, got a basic because communication isn’t good. I’m here frequently so I know what is supposed to happened so I knew to question. Sigh
Got a spa pedicure. It was good - she paid extra attention to the rough spots that others ignore and that was appreciated. Place is clean. Good selection of nail polish. They accept all forms of payment but definitely prefer cash. Their light color uniform makes the atmosphere more serene.

May did an amazing job and she was really personable! She definitely put care and effort into my pedicure. She gave a long massage as well, which was perfect for me to unwind at the end of the day. The included glass of wine was a great touch, too.
