So I stopped in unexpectedly to get my romper hemmed because the pants were too long. The ladies there were so kind. They didn't know me as I had called a few minutes before and asked them if they could fix a sports top of mine that my dog had ripped the strap off of and then also fix my pants that were too long. They happily obliged. I was able to quickly go I into the makeshift dressing room they had, came out, and then one of the women got to work and started using pins to allocate the area that has to be trimmed. I've previously had great experiences, however I will NOT return after my bad last experience. Did not remove stains and still charged me full price. Horrible customer service too!!Services: Laundry wash & fold

I have previously had good experiences here, but I recently took in a cocktail dress, and when received the item there was a small snag on the fabric, a strange stain on the lining of bodice, and there seems to be some dye transfer into the lining and hang straps (a greyish hue - doesn't impact wearability but makes me wary about taking lighter colored items in the future) Also very minor, but a paper tag was left stapled onto the inner designer label and I don't own a staple remover so this is annoying
