I must have spoken to him on the phone 20 times over the course of the restoration and the guy always answered by the second ring. He gave instant responses when we had questions or needed him. He helped us communicate with our homeowner's insurance, walked us through every step of the restoration, and made sure we were satisfied with the quality of the work. As an educator and mom, taking care of young ones is paramount! They kept my school up and running and safe from any water damage!
