Always a pleasure going here. Folk at the desk are warm and very helpful. All the nurses have been informative and work super quick. I'm getting laser hair removal, which is not a painless procedure, and the nurses have been incredible getting me thru the first sessions. Saw results after the first visit. And everyone has been very nice as I've started transitioning, everyone here has been cool and respectful in a chill way. Would recommend to anyone
I’ve always had a great experience at Ideal Image. Appointments are always on time. I’ve had Rachel several times and she’s always very thorough and takes extra care to make sure I’m comfortable. 5 stars!
It’s always great. The expert/technician who does my treatments is great. The Parking is just annoying since it’s down town, so I park in the One Liberty’s garage and pay. I wish it was more convenient parking. Other than that, quick and easy experience/process. The heat doesn’t increase each treatment, so expect to feel the heat get hotter each time.
