This is a great place to get strong I'm only giving it four stars because I believe the young men should watch their language there because there are women in the gym, maybe I'm just old-fashioned that way!
Definitely like city Ave LA compared to other locations I’ve visited. Was clean and not too crowded when i went for the first time (on a Sunday mid-morning). This location gets a bad rap and for years i was always afraid to try them out. I regret listening to others lol l should’ve started coming here a long time ago! Sauna is great after a good workout; can’t wait to try the pool & jacuzzi out
Reginald was so helpful, I honestly don’t know what I would do without him. He has inspired me to begin my new gym era and become a fitness queen. James at the front desk was so nice to me, and showed me what kindness really means. They are lifesavers!!
