My heat went a month ago when so cold. Mike came out and diagnosed the issue and was transparent about next steps. He communicated well and the two guys the day of were professional. If in Mt. Airy give them a call. -Jarae
Global Services is a "top notch" company that provides excellent service. I had a new heater installed yesterday and the employees that did the work were very professional and efficient, finishing the job in only two hours and fifteen minutes. Mike, (the manager) made a follow up call the next day to make sure everything went well and that I was satisfied with the work.
