As a Salon Owner myself I must say French Nails customer service is one of the best! They will make sure you’re satisfied and in and out! Book with NaNa she’s the best in the city very talented and knows what she’s doing !

Service was quick, but not detail oriented. There were only 2 clients in the nail salon. The nail tech did not address my cuticles at all. The photo I’ve attached is about ~1 weeks worth of new growth and they’re already getting snagged on my hair when I brush through it with my hand.

I often visit this nail salon when I need a quick service. However, I've noticed that the quality of the full sets can vary depending on the nail technician working that day. It might be worth asking for a specific nail technician if you have a preference for a certain style or technique, as the results can differ. I would appreciate it more if they were honest about their abilities rather than attempting a style and not meeting expectations. Although this place has produced good results at times, it's always a bit of a gamble.
