This was my first time ever getting my eyebrows laminated and tinted. I just wanna say Gisselle did wonders on my eyebrows. I don’t even know where she pulled these amazing eyebrows out of thin air, but I definitely recommend going to Waxing the City and seeing her because my eyebrows look amazing and I keep getting compliments on them.
I’ve been going to Waxing the City for quite some time and have even recommended people to go there. Gisselle is amazing! She’s quick, neat, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable. I genuinely enjoy my appointments with her, and she’s the reason I continue to come back.
Unfortunately, the experience at the front desk has changed, and not for the better. The attitude when you call and when you walk in is extremely unwelcoming. A simple hello or basic courtesy shouldn’t be too much to expect, especially when you’re providing a customer facing service.

I love it here! So much better than the EW. I LOVE the girls there. I had Chelsea when I was 9 months pregnant she was awesome! I’ve been seeing LaLa the last few times and she is awesome as well. Not only are they awesome ladies but the waxing itself—PHENOMENAL. They get all my hairs I don’t have to go home and pluck a few lol. The front desk lady (my apologies I forget her name) She is awesome too! She got me signed up for the membership so I can save every month and I’m very grateful for that. 100/10 I LOVE waxing the city ❤
