If you make an appt most of the time they are ready for you. If you have to wait a few it’s no longer than 10 minutes. I love my nails every time they’re done. ( lady at the first chair) sorry I forget her name. Heidi does a really great job on my lashes. She doesn’t take long either. 4 stars because there’s always room for improvement.

Amazing nails but scheduling is the worst! Made an appointment, I live about an hour away mind u, and then she cancels when I’m 10 minutes away. It was 10:35 when I initially called and I asked for 11:45, that didn’t work so they said 11:30. I dropped everything and started driving over. They don’t care, been coming here all year, not anymore if I can’t trust them to hold to a schedule.Service: Acrylic nails
