On September 23, 2025, I paid Miquel a $2,800 deposit for an AC repair. On two consecutive days, he was very late to start the repair. Due to this, we decided to pause the job as I was traveling and Miquel was unable to meet the expectations he set regarding time. Miquel then informed me that he would not be completing the work and would refund me.

It has now been 3 weeks and I have not recieved my $2,800 deposit back.

Miquel then informed me he is unlicensed, and uninsured. I am now moving to resolving this legally. If Miquel has improperly serviced your system, you may want to consider retaining legal counsel.

Stay away from this guy, do not waste your time and money.
He is not professional or reliable. No work warranty not even one day.
Asked for prepaid nonrefundable $65 service fee.
Hired another HVAC technician and fixed the issue properly.
