It was wonderful working with Jon/Brotherly Love! From the moment I contacted them, everything was smooth and easy. Jon is super down to earth and is a pleasure to work with and very pleasant to talk to, so is Alex.

They went above and beyond in helping us and offered to walk through various documents, making everything very transparent. Jon even went out of his way to assist with something for me with title. I highly, highly recommend working with them and I would do so again as well! Thank you, Jon!!

I'll begin by stating that I did not sell my home to Jon and Alex. So how in the world did I give them a five star rating you will ask? Their professionalism, honesty and gentlemanly mannered business method was very much appreciated. In the end I was able to achieve a higher sales price from another competitor but was fully confident that the number Alex and Jon arrived at was their best for their situation. Even having lost the sale they both extended an invitation of assistance with any questions or concerns that may arise.
