This company seemed to be the best of the bunch that I contacted about selling my step-mother's house. She had passed so I did not need or want the house and it needed a lot of work. Dr Cash Home Buyers gave me the best offer and I signed the contract. From there is was very easy and all I had to do was sign some more papers at closing. Good experience.
