Blind Barber is a great speakeasy that gives you the best of both worlds. There’s a section with booths and a bar you can sit at to have a conversation, but there’s also a small dance floor with a DJ on Thursdays and the weekend! And to top it off, drinks are amazing!
The Blind Barber is one of the coolest speakeasy / clubs I've ever seen in the city of Philadelphia. Lit vibes and definitely a must to check out if you're in the area ! I was extremely messed up a MULTIPLE drugs and security took a good care of me and even gave me my own private section:) No judgment here, just positive vibes and hot chicks !
Unfortunately, Blind Barber (the barbershop, not the bar) seems to be in a rough patch. I first went there when they opened in Philly and it was nice place, haircuts were a little more expensive but not crazy but you had a nice experience.Went again after some time off and it just wasn’t what it was. The shop seems to be in disrepair in a few places, staff were nice but just seemed uninterested. The amount of money you pay, I would expect more that just “we give you a cocktail!”. The cut was fine but felt like it was rushed. I don’t think I would go back.
