Jessa is absolutely wonderful! I went from long hair to a pixie, and Jessa did a fantastic job of listening to what I wanted, providing suggestions, and consistently checking in with me as the cut progressed. The wash and cut was also done fairly quickly, given how precisely the cut was done. Very happy with the look, and highly recommend it!!
