    My girlfriends and I tried something new for the first time, and it was absolutely the bomb! The instructor at Amrita Yoga & Wellness was amazing and made the experience so welcoming and enjoyable. We laughed, stretched, and left feeling refreshed. I can’t wait to come back for another class!

    Erin‘s barre class is awesome. It feels like just the right level for me as a newbie to barre. Erin always seems to say “rest” just when I need a break, so I feel strong and just the right amount of challenged throughout class. I love smiling into movements and feeling like a dancer! Plus, Erin’s always got a rockin’ soundtrack and her sweet/sassy/giggly personality makes class light and fun. I’ve tried out barre classes at a few different studios and Erin’s class is my favorite. Highly recommend!

    The classes I attend at Amrita have quickly became my favorite parts of my week. All of the instructors and friendly and knowledgable. In addition to the teachers, the members are also friendly and welcoming which is definitely a direct result of the safe and fun environment that the instructors have created.

    I have taken several different classes with different teachers and enjoyed all of them! Each class is unique and simply perfect in their own way. You can't go wrong. My two favorites are Pilates with Erin (she really understands Pilates, breath work, modifications etc) and Barre with Lauren (challenging, upbeat, really works out the muscles!).
