Adelphia Plumbing and Heating Corporation provides great service, fixing problems for a very reasonable price. The plumbers did a great job, completing work in a short time, with a pleasant experience dealing with office personnel. A major repair of a stack between floors was done amazingly, with great communication skills, letting the customer know when he would arrive and what needed to happen next. The technician was very patient in explaining what was needed and worked very hard in a dirty situation, getting the customer back in business. Service was quick, with a helpful and professional technician who fixed the problems. For an emergency issue late at night, the person who answered was very courteous and professional, asked for videos and photos, explained the situation, reassured the customer, and followed up the next day with great advice. Excellent customer service, highly recommended.

I had a pleasant experience dealing with their office personnel and was thrilled with the work completed in a short time by the plumbers they sent. I needed a new kitchen faucet which the office ordered for me and their workers installed without a problem, I am very happy a neighbor recommended them.
Seth was amazing! Did major repair of stack between 2 nd and 3 rd floors. Great communication skills as well…letting know when he would arrive and what needed to happen next. Turns out we needed to add on to the job another complicated change with whole house water shut off. He did this in a timely manner so we could complete the job quickly!

The job is not yet complete and the bill not presented but I wanted to take the time to write my opinion of the days work supplied by Seth. He came a long way to assess the situation and came back the next day (today) to do the work. He was very patient in explaining what was needed and what had to be done. He worked VERY hard in a dirty situation and got us back in business which allowed us to stay home. I could not be more impressed with his professionalism. Great hire!!!
