Ashley has been one my one constant over the last five years. We started our journey 10 weeks post partum with our first son, throughout my entire second pregnancy and post partum season, and this past year, through a challenging breast cancer journey which included chemo, surgery and radiation. Throughout every phase, Ashley was there to support me - not only physically but mentally. AMF is exactly what I needed post partum. Ashley knows her stuff and gears the workout to fit the needs of the new mom bod. She listens and does a great job programming a challenging but doable workout.
