All the staff are helpful and attentive. My two kids feel comfortable with the doctors, and everyone is very nice and knowledgeable. They also manage their time well to make sure you are not waiting long (even for walk-ins).
I cannot say enough good things about Amarilis and her practice! She provides a clean and calming environment for treatment and is warm and welcoming, on top of being wonderful at what she does. I wear progressive lenses. I have had them made at different places but they were never right until I had them made at Marchese. They are perfect. I will never use another optician as long as Marchese is in business. They offer a wide variety of frames although I always get the Silhouette frames because of their light weight and their high quality. I can't imagine anyone leaving there disappointed.

Generally pretty easy, sometimes there's only one attendant and you have to wait to be weighed. Recycling drop off is free, garbage is on a per pound fee.
