He informed us each step of the way and offered really good suggestions that we would never have thought of. We also made changes and additions along the way and Derrick was always upfront about the timing and cost impact. We've had a very mixed history with contractors over the last 20 years and haven't worked with one we'd want to work with again. Not so with Derrick. We live our new kitchen and pantry/laundry room and we already have Derrick booked for our next project in June. That's the highest praise I can give any contractor.“

“I am a resident in a neighborhood where these guys are putting in a sidewalk on Quarry rd in Derry township. I have big trucks that are kinda in the way where thay have to wrk. We have been able to share the space we have amicably. These guys are good guys to wrk with and around. The crew is friendly and kind. Everyone is dressed properly and there is no trash lft around. I have never heard anyone yelling at eachother. Everyone gets along and knows there job and stays busy. I don't knw much about putting in sidewalks, but I think these guys are doing a great job.“
