Our family is so blessed to have had Sam come in and renovate our basement. Old American oversaw our entire project including getting great companies to do our boulder wall and driveway paving. Sam was very patient as our own vision for the remodel began and then changed and changed again as we became more sure of our end goals! He offered many wonderful suggestions we wouldn't have thought of that have made our life so much easier now. He thoughtfully processed our suggestions and honored our style with attention to detail. We really enjoyed working with Sam on several home renovation projects. Sam has a high attention to detail and does high quality work. I would recommend him to anyone, and we'll be using his services again in the near future.

Sam is the kind of guy that you’ll hire again and again for house projects/repairs. I’m pretty sure there’s nothing he can’t do. He seamlessly repaired the drywall to our ceilings after some water damage we had. Looks great now! Our kids liked watching him work too and he was so nice to them! We’ll def be using Old American Renovations again and can’t recommend him enough after our great experience!
