The insurance adjuster commented to me how impressed he was with how thorough Eric undertook remediation and expressed that I was lucky to be working with Eric. I totally agree.“

“They did my kitchen about a year ago and just finished up my bathroom this week. Great work for both, very reasonable prices. We had other contractors come to look at the bathroom, and they looked at the cement slab and wanted nothing to do with it. SKH saw that to do what we were asking, they would have to jackhammer it up and fix the underlying plumbing and fill it back in with cement. When the whole project was over, our dumpster had 7.2 tons in it--that's a lot to carry out of the house. I guess what I'm trying to say is they are very thorough and don't take shortcuts and have an attention to detail. Also they are extremely knowledgeable of just about everything. Renovations rarely go as planned, you're always coming across weird stuff that was done incorrectly years ago or DIYers who had no idea what they were doing. At each step they would explain why X, Y, or Z was wrong, and then how they could fix it, and then they fixed it--very honest and upfront. It's a lot of peace of mind knowing nothing is going to trip them up. They're very nice people too.“
