“My 10 year old terrier mix was having difficulty urinating. Brought her in was greeted by Angel with the most pleasant personality. He got a sample did a urinalysis test and the Vet Dr. Morgan Graham concluded she had a UTI. Got two medications and Chloe was feeling much more comfortable almost immediately after her first dose.

Everyone there treated us with the utmost professionalism and kindness.

I have a pup who has many problems and we spend a lot of time at the vet. It is amazing how quickly they can get us in. Especially when it is urgent. “I don’t usually post reviews but feel like they were owed one. I came here for a second opinion on my cat Dallas, and unfortunately (as I feared) he was inoperable and suffering. I had a feeling it would be time to say goodbye, and a few weeks later writing this post, grateful that saying goodbye was with Greentree Animal Clinic.

Dr. Brown was very kind, gentle, and compassionate with me and my soul cat Dallas. He took his time with us and our goodbyes. Walked me through his situation very gently. The vet techs were all very nice as well. It may have been my first experience, although a sad one, but I will be taking my animals here in the future as their primary vet.

“Dr. Bolin has been my veterinarian for 35 years and five dogs. Recently, I got a new dog, another Labrador Retriever. She was so supportive and affirming. She gets five stars and two thumbs up. The right eye of Jacky Boy was damaged by one of his litter mates and Dr. Bolin had to remove it. He had a long and happy life after that.“

“My family switched to Hidden Valley Animal Clinic (and Dr. Threadgill) in 2013, and we couldn’t be happier with that decision. Dr. Threadgill identified my boxer’s lymphoma early and supported me through her heartbreakingly short cancer journey—answering endless questions and working closely with specialists until it was time to say goodbye.
When the day came to say goodbye to my 16-year-old Jack Russell, the staff at Hidden Valley went above and beyond, feeding him brownies left over from a staff meeting so he could take his final breaths with fudge smeared on his chin.
I now live out of state, but my senior parents still bring their bully, Nelson, to Hidden Valley, and I am incredibly grateful for the patience, kindness, and care they show both my parents and Nellie. The compassion, professionalism, and genuine love for animals shown by everyone at Hidden Valley Animal Clinic is truly unmatched.“
