UPDATE: A few weeks after the initial service that had our old dryer working like new, the connection between the main vent and the dryer separated. When I emailed the company to report the problem, they responded immediately and set up a service visit for the next business day. Ricky, who worked on the 1st call, quickly resolved the problem. He is not only efficient and informative, he has the most pleasant personality of any service person who has ever worked at our house. He clearly enjoys his work and is an outstanding representative of the company.“
