We had a great experience using Lomx carpets. We live in center city Philadelphia and our building unexpectedly put up a lot of hurdles to getting the carpet installed. Kyle, from Lomax, really went above and beyond to help us remove the hurdles and ultimatley have a smooth install of our carpet. Although it took a lot of back and forth we are very pleased with the finished product and the work performed. Carlos did a great job with the install! We are appreciative to Lomax carpets as well as to Kyle and Carlos for helping us to get this done! Thank you

Having Shopped At Lomax on multiple occasions, I consistently find the most educated sales associates in the Flooring industry. Thomas consistently delivers the type of customer service that is rarely found today truly an asset to the company and someone who deserves the recognition of being a true professional. I also want to commend Shawna who answers the phones truly a professional and Rob, who is excellent with small issues that had popped up. Also, the installation team that installed my Mohawk Flooring did an incredibly good job.

My experience with the albed rug people was excellent and every dimension of their service was a standard for outstanding performance
It was and is much better than my insurance company who made my like very difficult following a broken water pipe.
We have yet to resolve the rugs being cleaned
But I would recommend albed on every category.
They are kind and polite snd knowledgeable and even tolerant of the barriers by the insurance companies featuring Jeff and others
