Knowledge, good service, and friendly. Prices seem expensive, but taking into consideration of the location (Wayne - Main Line) fairly priced.No one expects this kind of service and individual attention at a Target or Walmart. You get what you pay for .

In early April of this year ( 2021) I began an in-person search for a new living room rug ( after a hugely disappointing purchase from an on-line retailer). I visited at least 8 stores within 25 miles of our home. While running an unrelated errand I happen to see Albed Rug Company in Wayne.Bingo! Michelle, the first person to greet me in the store, was immediately warm, friendly, professional and extremely helpful.I had with me, a few pictures of our living room, and I had in my car, a cushion from our sofa. I have purchased many rugs from Albed and also used them to clean several rugs over the past 10 years. I highly recommend them! Michelle has always been my go to, trusted expert and everyone at the company has always been incredibly friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and professional. I believe their service is unmatched!
