I would HIGHLY recommend using Gentle Clean Carpet Care for any needs in your home. Scott is always responsive to coordinate the appointment time, and John was the one who completed the service on the day of. He was friendly, polite, professional, and efficient. I used them for carpet clean and an upholstery clean. They were on time, professional, friendly, and a good value! They cleaned a couch that I got handed down to me that had a huge grease stain from the previous owner. I didn't think it would come out, but they got it out! Thank you so much. I highly recommend!
