The instructors are exceptional: highly trained (most with over 500 hours of certification), attentive to form, and genuinely invested in helping you progress, whether you're a beginner or advanced. They modify exercises seamlessly and keep the classes challenging yet safe, blending classical Pilates with creative elements like barre, cardio, and even Fuse Ladder work that's unique to the area.
I've tried other studios in Harrisburg, but Sculpt stands out for its community vibe—everyone feels supported and encouraged. The classes are handcrafted, high-energy, and addictive; I always leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and energized. It's not just a workout—it's a reset for body and mind.

She has very well honed insight to even subtle changes in your movement you wouldn't even think are visible. Highly recommend working with her for exercise/stretching and massage, whether you are an athlete, out patient status (she is just as helpful as most PTs if not more IMO), have any condition that affects your movement, or if you just want to learn more about pilates and get strong. Her guidance has been indispensable for me in the context of a pretty major physical challenge and in general. Lucky she’s in the area. GO SEE JANINE“
