“This is a great old school gym with an amazing vibe. They play great music so you don't even need your headphones. There are massive saunas in each changing room and they even have a health bar where you can order smoothies or protein shakes. The staff is great and the owner was in and very friendly and knowledgeable. We loved it! Please open another in Hermitage!“

“One of the best locations in western Pennsylvania. A lot of people love the Cranberry location simply because of it's size, but New Castle, McKnight Rd, and Bridgeville are the absolute best because those locations are always clean, the staff are nice and the black card massage chairs and bed work as they should. I always shower after working out and clean locations will always get the top reviews from me. Thank you to the owners at those locations for taking pride in cleanliness, hiring good staff, and holding the patrons to the same standard.“
