She is very knowledgable in every area weight training, warming up, stretching,and nutrition. I look forward to working out with her. I try to make it three times a week. She is a great asset to that location.”

“Great workout place! They offer 7 days a week spinning classes. You can download the app Mindbody and sign up for classes/make payments conveniently. Also, first class is free! Make sure you sign up for the class in advance otherwise there may not be space for you. Definitely worth checking out.”
