The initial rep who came out to explain the work did an excellent job of answering our questions and telling us what we needed to do to prepare the area for their work. The workers who actually put in the french drain did a fantastic job of installing the drain/sump pump and making the new concrete look seamless, as well as cleaning up the mess that comes along with performing such work.

I would recommend Matthews to anyone who needed an internal french drain. You have a 50 year warranty on their work, and they also informed us the bonus' of the workers are based on how many times they are called back to a job after it has been finished; meaning their bonus is docked if they have to come back. They put their money where their mouth is.“
