“The technician was very professional and did a great job. The PROCESS to get him here was awful. I don’t like using AI as the only way to communicate and when you need to interact, that can’t happen with a robot. I received an email letting me know the technician would be at my home by 10 AM and he actually arrived after 4. As a brand new customer, I’m not at all impressed with your logistics. Again, the technician was great so all complaints go directly towards your miserable customer service due to AI and mis-communication.“
