My experience with Evolution Barbell has been with their personal training program and nutrition coaching. Both were very helpful to me! Kristen Nelson, my personal trainer and nutrition coach, led and encouraged me every step of the way! I found the food app they use, the inBody Scan each week, and daily encouragement from my coach to be particularly helpful and motivating. Kristen not only helped me set goals for macro nutrients, but gave me so many great food/meal suggestions on how to meet those goals! During the 12 weeks of nutrition coaching, I lost 25 pounds, felt more energy overall physically and mentally, and, with the tools I received, found new confidence that I can make healthy lifestyle choices. My husband and I started looking for a renovation company in the fall of 2023 when we met with Nate from ISM in our house. We expressed our needs without any true vision yet. Nate heard our concerns and came up with a solution in our small outdated home. In 2024, after the planned 9 weeks, we moved into our newly renovated home with a full kitchen and bathroom renovation reno (plus all new first floor hardwood) and a new central air and heat pump. They truly transformed our home making it both functional and beautiful. From the design process and selections to the actual renovation, we couldn't have asked for a better team. Nate, Josiah, Tom, Dawson and others were great to work with and they saw the project through down to the last detail. We were able to maintain our budget and well-being because of their clear communication and respect for our family, home and timeline. The online portal they used was very helpful as it was available to us to see all parts of the plan and itemized pricing. ISM worked with us when we had questions and any last minute changes. Considering we are a young family and this was our first renovation, the experience exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely hire them again and love showing off our home! The respect and care all of the ISM members and subcontractors they worked with made the renovation process ideal. We can't thank them enough!

I had all roof specialties come and do a repair on my roof. That was a few months ago since then,I had them replace my roof and I must say they were very efficient! Fantastic company to work with. I worked with Jason to select new cabinets/cupboards/vanity for home - the old adage is “You get what you pay for,” and this company is proof of that. I have never had such extensive work done in a house before (this is our seventh house, and the longest we’ve ever stayed in one house before - 20+ years) so I was a bit taken aback when I saw how much all this would cost. It was worth every penny.I have never seen such quality work before on cabinets; my sister was an interior decorator and worked with a contractor for years, and she used to take me to a lot of her worksites. I can’t wait until she sees these (she’s in Ohio).It was also a very nice experience working with someone who pays attention to what the customer is looking for — Jason didn’t try to sway me into choosing anything, and willingly worked with me as I made the difficult decisions of selecting colors, styles, etc.Also, Dutch Wood builds the cabinets et al in a shop (although shop denotes a small place, this isn’t small) right behind the showroom.Jason came to the house himself to measure and and help me determine what was best for the space I have; and when the job was completed, I had one very small concern, and Jason sent out the installer the very next day, even though I told him it wasn’t urgent, and the installer looked at what I thought the problem was, made a minor needed adjustment and that was that.The installers were very personable, efficient, respectful of our home, cleaned up afterwards.I still have two more installations to go and have no regrets. Top-notch work.Would not hesitate to recommend them.

I had a horrifically painful pinched nerve running from my lower back and down my left leg. It took many sleepless weeks to get any meaningful medical attention with sparse results and no pain meds offered other than steroids which, I refused. I never experienced deep tissue massage. Lynn Zerbe has an extraordinary pair of hands that emit penetrating energy and sustained muscular elongation which is almost indescribable. On my second visit, 70% of the pain was removed permanently. No pain medications were involved. The stubborn pain balance is being reduced gradually as my wallet can only attend once a month. From the ordering process to final installation, Martin's Floor Coverings does a fantastic job. I had used this company in the past and was always pleased. Recently, I wanted to replace stained, old carpet in two rooms and also replace laminate flooring in a hallway with hardwood. Martin's scheduled both jobs within the same time frame. The two installers were very professional and super efficient, even completing the jobs early. Their attention to detail was evident throughout the process. (I really appreciated their expertise and care in moving the furniture back and forth--I have quite a lot). They deserve a 10!
