We contacted ISM to build our custom off grid home after several word of mouth recommendations and we were not disappointed. From start to finish they made the process low stress and the entire ISM team was great to work with. They were professional, had excellent attention to detail, and were extremely thoughtful with all of their suggestions for our unique home. They were patient during the design process and and were quick to handle any issues that came up. I think the rating says it all!! We were part of a minority group that can say our new-home build was truly an enjoyable experience, thanks to ISM! Although it would take too long to cover all the reasons, I will highlight a few that stand out:- They were extremely patient and helpful in the home design process. We recently added a 4 seasons room to our home. Ivan, Josiah, Nate and Dawson were a wonderful team. Never had the feeling our job was too small or not worth their time. Dawson was always available to answer questions and address concerns from start to finish. We are very proud of our new addition. We would highly recommend this builder.
