I was referred to Kathy after my other accountant retired. I love being able to upload everything from the portal. There is no need to make an appointment to drop anything off. All communication is done through the app, which sometimes can be delayed. So if you ever need anything right away, that is difficult.
When you pick things up, she has a box on her porch. You just have to enter a code that she gives you and you can pick them up at your convenience. I would definitely recommend If you are a person who likes technology and not having to meet face-to-face 😊 (however she will if you want to)
