There are a lot of adjectives to explain the service they provided such as neat, professionalism, passionate, thorough, perfectionate, timely, responsible and reasonably priced, If it wasn't for them, it would be in the scrap yard. “ThermoTwin was an absolute delight to work with. Everything from the quoting process to the measurements to the actual install was timely, no pressure, courteous, and perfect. We had several bids for the windows and are happy to report the Thermo twin does not use any high-pressure sales tactics or give three different prices, depending on when you decide to purchase. We are very impressed with the quality of the window and the installers! They left everything even cleaner than it was when they got there. The one gentleman even noticed the door sweep on our front door, had a little rubber piece, falling off of it and mentioned he had an extra piece in the truck and fixed it for free. It’s the little things like this five minutes extra fix that really show they went the extra mile. We will be 100% using them in the future for more windows!“

“They started at 7am and worked past 5pm to fix and reshingke ourcroof. Before they left that day the area was cleaned including our deck. The next day they finished up and cleaned the area up and made sure everything was done proper. Good group that worked with us to get this done.“
