I been working with Pella for years on projects at our home. Many great experiences and some not so good.Recently we were assigned a different salesman to help with our window & doors project that was not going as you would expect from Pella.I found John Palumbi to be very responsive, on all my questions even after hours. John Palumbi has a lot of pride in his job and his products he represents. I rate him as the best contact in recent years from Pella Pittsburgh Division. Definitely 5 Star service.

Our experience with Pella Windows has been incredible. Working with Anthony has been extremely easy and enjoyable. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and willing to work with us and our contractor to make sure that every detail was addressed. He has our highest recommendation.

Had a new weatherstrip seal installed on our front door. Our technician, Manny, was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Not only did he install the seal, he also realigned our door on its frame so it closed properly and would not damage the new one. So very pleased with the visit. Highly recommend.
