“Don't think I have ever had an issue with them. Have been going to FED's for at least 7 years now and they're usually pretty quick to get signed in, checked and then given an eye exam. They make it very easy to schedule as well, which you can do online.“

Both pair actually ready for pickup less than 24 hours from the exam. Can’t ask for more. My fault for putting off signing up for vision at work and having to go into pocket. Can’t ask for more from the team at eyeglass world tho…“

“I recently had to change in insurance providers and had to find a new eye doctor. I gave America's Best in Tarentum( Pittsburgh Mills) a try. My experience at this location was great from start to finish. the girl at the front desk was super nice, The doctor listened to the issues I had with my previous prescription, corrected them, and now I have glasses that I can actually wear, And the gentleman who both helped me choose and order my glasses and then also helped me when I picked them up was kind as well. “Recently (8/19/24) I had laser cataract surgery performed by Dr. Findlan. From my first visit at the Pittsburgh Eye Institute to the surgery performed at The Southwestern Surgery Center I could not be more happy with the results. The office staff and the personnel at the Surgery Center was very professional and explained this surgery in detail. Follow-up by via phone calls and text messaging making sure everything was OK with myself is a great service and they really cared about their patients. “I used to go to this office when it was Vincett. This was my first time at this office again since they became my eye doctor. I have nothing but great things to say about the entire staff. My appointment was at 8am and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted with joy and kindness. Forms were easy to fill out and any questions I had were answered quickly. If there were things my insurance did not cover, I was informed before anything was conducted so I wasn’t blindsided by unknown costs.
