I came in on the wrong date for my appointment, Jade and Caitlin were very understanding about the mix up.
They were also very helpful by pulling my insurance coverage and going over it with me for my upcoming appointment.
They didn’t make me feel rushed and answered all of my questions. It was a very positive experience and made me feel like I wasn’t just another patient wasting their time.
They were also able to provide me with some daily sample contacts to try out prior to my upcoming appointment.
All of the staff here was AMAZING! Jade in particular was not only helpful but the SWEETEST person. She worked with my budget and got me exactly what I needed. Thank you all so so much and God bless you.
We had a terrible experience with the optometrist here. We had an appointment last Tuesday. As soon as i arrived I mentioned that I had suffered a stroke 6 months ago a serious Stroke. Now I am with the Optometrist i mentioned 4 times that I had a Stroke she could not care less with no acknowledgement to my previous situation she kept repeating her practiced script. As a Doctor she should have shown some concern about my Stroke or even out of curiosity pretended she gives a damn about her patients.
